Terms of Service

Welnue operates a digital marketplace platform connecting individual customers ("Customers") with third-party gyms, fitness studios, wellness centers, and spas ("Venues" or "Partners") across the United Arab Emirates ("UAE").

Welnue provides the technology platform to discover, book, and pay for venue passes and services. Venues are independent third parties and are solely responsible for delivering the physical facilities, classes, and wellness services.

• You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent) to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials (including Apple Sign In authentication) and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Pricing & Currency: All prices displayed within the App are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By completing a booking, you authorize Welnue and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method.
• Digital Passes: Upon successful payment, a digital pass is issued in the App under "My Passes." You must present this digital pass upon arrival at the venue for check-in. Passes are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly permitted.

• Customer Cancellations: Cancellation terms and refund eligibility depend on the specific policy set by the booked venue and displayed at the time of booking.
• Venue Cancellations: If a venue cancels a scheduled session or cannot provide access due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be eligible for a full refund or pass credit.
• Disputes: In the event of a dispute regarding service quality or entry denial, contact us at support@welnue.com.

• Physical exercise, gym use, and spa treatments carry inherent physical risks.
• By booking and attending a venue, you confirm that you are physically capable of participating in the booked activity.
• Welnue does not provide medical or fitness advice and is not liable for personal injuries, health complications, or lost/stolen property occurring at partner venues.

• Venue operators agree to maintain valid UAE trade licenses, business permits, and required insurance.
• Payouts to venues are processed through Stripe Connect subject to the agreed platform fee and Stripe processing terms.
• Venues agree to honor all confirmed customer bookings and digital passes issued through Welnue.

• Customers may delete their account at any time directly within the App via Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraud, abuse, chargeback manipulation, or violations of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dubai, UAE.
